For drivers and users of online transportation services (motorbikes and cars), PT. HRL Bisnis Indonesia provides insurance in accordance with applicable provisions.Indonesia only. |

For shipping, it is prohibited to include the following items in the shipment: |

Printed materials, recordings and other materials whose content offends morality and/or whose content may disturb the order, security and national stability of the country. |

The contents of the shipment that do not match the information provided constitute a violation that can be prosecuted through legal channels and for suspicious shipments, PT. HRL BISNIS INDONESIA (MYROKET) has the right to conduct inspections/random tests in accordance with the provisions of the regulations in force in the Indonesian jurisdiction. |

PT. HRL BISNIS INDONESIA (MYROKET) is not responsible for all technical risks that occur during delivery that cause the goods sent to not function and/or change their function as well as delays or losses due to delays, damage or loss caused by riots, natural disasters, war, piracy, Force Majeure and others outside the authority of PT. HRL BISNIS INDONESIA (MYROKET). |

If a shipment is lost or damaged, PT. HRL BISNIS INDONESIA (MYROKET) will mediate with the shipping service provider for a maximum refund of 10 (ten) times the shipping cost for the lost or damaged goods. |

For items with a higher value (minimum Rp. 1,000,000 / one million rupiah) and above, INSURANCE is MANDATORY |

If there are no complaints from the recipient when the shipment is delivered, then the shipment is declared to have been received properly and correctly. |
